Internships
There are 4 internships in the IESEG cursus aimed at getting the student to:
- understand the working world (labour internship)
- understand human relations and sales techniques ( sales internship)
- to show their analytical skills and ability to take responsibilities ( junior manager and executive internships)
Examples of “Labour” internships
- LEROY MERLIN, Lesquin (France): preparing orders in the warehouse and following them up.
- DECATHLON, Baranzate Di Bollate (Italy) : stacking shelves and labelling items.
Examples of “Sales” internships
- AXA INSURANCE, London, (UK): negotiation and sales
- LA RENNAISSANCE – French bakery, Sydney (AUSTRALIA): sales and advice on French specialities in one of the biggest French bakeries in Sydney.
Examples of “Junior Manager” internships
- SPECIAL OLYMPICS LOUISIANA (USA): developing communication skills out of the company
- SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, Evreux (FRANCE): mediation between European subsidiaries and the suppliers, managing deliveries.
Examples of “Executive” internships
- CHAMPAGNE VEUVE CLICQUOT, Reims (FRANCE): new product development using the Veuve Clicquot brand name – looking for suppliers and negotiating conditions and production.
- SOCIETE GENERALE, Johannesburg (SOUTH AFRICA): Assistant trader.
- GERSON LEHRMAN, Gurgaon ( INDIA):recruitment of specialist consultants in the sectors of energy and french industry.
